Deliveries are normally between 9am – 6pm.

International Orders

Please contact are customer service team for all international orders. 

International orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 working days.

PLEASE NOTE: If you live in the Highlands area, delivery may take longer than specified. Orders outside of mainland UK are unlikely to arrive next working day. Please allow 2-5 working days, depending on the destination. In case of adverse weather please check the couriers websites for possible delays.

Tricksall Limited hopes you love your purchase, however, if you wish to return your order you can do so with our satisfaction guarantee.

 

Unwanted Goods

Tricksall Limited will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days – no questions asked.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Tricksall Limited offers a 30 days replacement or refund policy on all faulty products. Please notify us about faulty or incorrect goods ASAP so we can rectify the problem quickly for you. Send all the parts back to us. Just follow the How to Return an Item process below.

 

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. Tricksall Limited work on a same day dispatch system, so please try and cancel your order on the same day as ordering to avoid the inconvenience of returning your order.

 

Refunds

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. At Tricksall Limited we aim to refund you within 7 days.

Unfortunately, a refund cannot be issued until Tricksall Limited receives the goods in question.

Pack your item either in the envelope or box you received it in, or some other secure packaging. Ensure you enclose your name, address and order number (without this information we may not be able to identify your return) Don’t forget to ask for your FREE proof of postage at the Post Office. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights
